The gender gap in STEM fields is apparent, and there has been a lower rate of engagement and contributions of women which are crucial to upholding technological capacity.

This moderated panel constituted of students and professional women in STEM from various institutions across Nigeria will discuss how the REN community and corporate enterprise can ensure a more inclusive space for women.
