Dr. Gloria Olotu

Dr. Mrs. Gloria Ese Olotu holds a PhD in Policy Analysis from the University of Abuja, Nigeria.  She graduated from the University of Ilorin with Bachelor of Science Degree in Accountancy in June 1986.  She holds a Master’s of Science degree (MSc) in Public Policy and Management, from the University of London, SOAS (2012) and also an MBA (Master’s in Business Administration) from the Business School, Netherlands (2009)

Shequalified as a Chartered Accountant in May 1990 and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) .  She is also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN).

She is a Member of the African Leadership Institute, USA and also Member, Association for Public Policy Analysis and Management(APPAM), Washington, USA
