Dr. Donna Oti has worked as a journalist, communication professor, student media adviser, and organizational development consultant. She spent ten years in academia, achieving the rank of associate professor, before embarking on a career in consulting. Most recently she led the People Strategy for the CARICOM Secretariat Change Management Office in Georgetown, Guyana.
She is currently an Adjunct Professor at Howard University and Learning Development Consultant for the U.S. Department of Defense, Defense Health Agency. Passionate about working with diverse cultures, Donna has on projects on four continents. She received a BS from Tennessee Technological University, MA from the American University, and a Doctorate from Howard University.
